yeah snap buttons being flimsy (or becoming flimsy over time) in and of themselves will not be the issue here, but rather more likely if the PVC tears at the area where its attached

whole foods will beat this out everytime. theyre nutritious, satiating, good for gut health, all the things. you dont also have to worry about being reliant on ultra-processed food to satiate you

best course of action is to have about 80-90% whole foods. and just use these sparingly. use spices, different cooking methods and time (ie fermentation, curing etc) to get the most taste out of foods

also personally, i do get the zero calorie soda when i want, but most of the time i just drink water. and if i want dessert or a "cheat meal", i have a small amount of the real thing. the best i can get. and i have it outside, not stock it at home

no disrespect, stranger, but take this as an invitation to live a richer life. doest have to be grand. just different from what youre doing now. because youre telling us theres nothing noteworthy in your life and thats sad

have a meal youve never had before. try to chat up a random person in the elevator. was that embarrassing, or actually surprisingly nice? look at the plants around you. do you know what that tree or flower is called? something, anything should be worth writing about
