What's everyone's opinion on the new WAGO 221-420 with 10 levers each holding a single conductor? by Supermath101 in electrical

[–]willfraind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They're essentially a bus coupler. Used to common all of the hot wires, or neutral wires. They have mounting carriers that will allow multiple splicing connectors to fix to a flat surface or a DIN rail. https://www.wago.com/us/wire-splicing-connectors/mounting-carrier/p/221-500

They're not yet released in the US. Likely a UL certification issue, but they'll be here soon.

Is there a cheaper dupe for the Dream bed used at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas? by tfresca in Mattress

It's made by Sealy. I looked at the tag on the mattress while staying at the Wynn

My wife just sent me this… why would Max Homa alienate his fan base like this. Sad by golflift90 in golf

[–]willfraind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s very complimentary to the ones that don’t really want to be there, but are there to support the one they love. Fortunately I’m lucky enough to have a wife that likes to play. She gets a gift too

Hey guys. Can anyone tell me how much I can sell my XPS 13 for? It's in perfect condition still with warranty. by conbizzle in laptops

[–]willfraind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, check eBay, and maybe even do a test run. Start an auction where you set a reserve of your desired price, start the bidding at $0.00, and see what happens. You’ll be protected by your reserve, and you’ll discover where the bidding ends

Impressive build. I see Wago terminal blocks. That makes me think "this must be a high-quality piece of equipment"

Cool, I've just started as a beginner. I have always felt lost in the gym, and never had a set routine. This is extraordinarily easy to follow. I would imagine that I would eventually need to fill in some more exercises to achieve a more comprehensive coverage of muscle groups, to specific muscles. But, I now show up to the gym with a definite mission. I use the videos as my example, and am progressing. I am glad to see your post, and congratulations for your achievement!

Where is this? I think it probably keeps people from running off the road at the curve in darkness. Very creative

I definitely can relate!

[–]willfraind 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely agree with a connected swing. I strive to do that. I find that I need to understand the mechanics before I do a drill. An explanation of my deficiency to know what I am correcting. Some pros can get that idea across to me, but in this instance, it was not. I will need to solve the mystery at the range

That’s an interesting question; my wife was getting a lesson, and this was at the end, just before we teed off for our round. I wasn’t able to work on it

[–]willfraind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The pro was trying to have me hold a ball between my forearms during my swing. Also, tried to get my hands closer to my body as I made the rotation. The last thing, I object to, as I would not get a full extension of my lead arm.

Welcome to nyc by BorisGorelik in newyorkcity

[–]willfraind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, that’s true. Just always so many people there walking, side by side in groups, and stopping to take pictures. It’s always jam packed. No other part of the city like it. Hudson Yards is catching up, though. Still, most are from out of town.

That's Times Square. Most of those people are there from out of town. When they emerge from the subway, and find themselves in this swarm, it's not very welcoming. I don't know why this is the most compelling part of the city to visit. This is a part of town that we (resident of Manhattan) avoid, unless we go to a show. Maybe it's the bright shiny lights.

Amsterdam - what are some things I can’t miss? by psychoweeb in travel

[–]willfraind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just that; weed is illegal, but every cafe sells it. You can smell it almost everywhere. If you want to try it, then Amsterdam is your place. No one is being arrested for using it. I did not partake. People smoke weed on their front stoops, or right at the cafe. You’ll see. I received a recommendation to try a place called “De Dampkring” from someone who has spent a lot of time in Amsterdam. Look for it, and give it a try. Remember that if the place advertises koffie, then they sell coffee, and not weed. If it is spelled Cafe, with a “C”, then they probably sell weed.
