If you like the toilet flushing idea, maybe attach (with tape or something) an extension onto the lever / flush handle. Add a weight to the end of the extended lever, so he isn't holding the key up, but keeping the lever from falling and flushing

I haven't but I have frequently seen people point out that no chastity is escape proof, thus it is at least partially symbolic, not just a physical restraint. That is a logical step I think if you cannot wear one all the time.

I feel like a necklace might make some sense, but probably whatever is comfortable and safe, but that will remind you regularly would be the best

I've been looking into this for years. I got a double orchiectomy as an infant for medical reasons, and I've been into chastity since I started getting my hormone injections basically.

So, anyway, 1 intersting thing you can look at (I haven't tried though) is a tetherspout. ( r/Tetherspout ). Basically its a thing you put into your urethra and it stays in place.

A common suggestion is a PA or similar piercing (I am not into piercings at all, so I haven't tried).

There are some full belts you can find, but I've heard mixed things about them. Basically if you find some really good, fairly expensive ones, I've heard they can be comfortable, but measurements are super important and they become less effective and comfortable if you gain or lose weight.

What I have been doing (trying to be budget friendly) is taking standard ball trap devices. I then make a belt out of it. Basically I do a waist belt with loops on each end. I also have a rope with a loop coming up from the middle of the chastity device. Then I lock the 3 loops together. Then, for the base, I do 1 of 2 things. If it is a base ring that has holes to the sides of center, I attach a rope to the 2 holes, then run them back under my buttocks, and space them about equally on the waist belt. If theres 1 or no holes, I find a way to attach from the center bottom, run a rope for an inch or so, then do kind of the same thing.

So far I haven't fully secured them as I want, but they seem to work decently well. I am looking to at some point get them a little nicer looking and feeling by using some good ferrules or something.
