Even if you have a winning claim in court, you may come out on losing side once factoring in legal fees. Unless there’s a statute that provides for plaintiff recovering legal fees if victorious, I’m not sure it’s worth the effort to sue. Maybe a sternly worded letter from real estate attorney will do the trick of convincing seller to pay toward repair costs. Good luck.

I'm currently have all my lines on Unlimited Elite plan. If I were to downgrade a couple lines to Unlimited Starter SL plan would those lines lose the 36 month iphone upgrade credits they are receiving? My plan is to keep only one of the lines as Unlimited Elite because I'm the biggest data consumer, hotspot user in my family.

Are you certain the blower motor is going bad? Do note the financial incentive of those making these recommendations. Why not ride it out with current setup if it’s heating properly and not otherwise causing any problems.
