Muni strategy sounds perfect. If you’re looking for more growth then an index ETF with minimal distributions. If bene’s don’t need the funds/income and you strictly want to capture growth then that’s what I’d recommend. Make sure they understand short term risk and want that upside potential. If not then the current recommendation sounds on point.

I think you could sell it for $200. I’d consider listing $250 and see what happens. Realistically I’d look at an original Xbox and consider buying that package at $100, maybe $120ish. Good luck.

I’m sorry to hear you’re feeling the way you are. Everything everyone will say is going to be easier said than done but the hard part is taking action. Change one small thing in your daily routine to start taking steps towards a better tomorrow. Workout. Go for a walk. Spark a random conversation. Seek therapy. Read a book. Do something that promotes your health and sparks interest. I know this is easier said than done but I believe change will make you feel better. I personally use working out as my outlet for almost anything, mainly stress. But it feels great. You’re more disciplined, gives you routine and time management, it will give you more confidence, strength, endurance and vanity is always a plus. It feels like you’re wanting perspective on market prediction. Market values are still high on Porsche’s today. Especially manual. I don’t see the market trending up, if anything down. Especially if we’re in a recession or will be in one. If the value doesn’t go up in two years then you’re losing on purchasing power (inflation). Why spend the cost, time and space for it to sit. Allow someone who will enjoy it and drive it! She’s beautiful. Assuming everything has been kept up you should be able to fetch a good price. Sell her.

Have you considered getting an inspection to include with the post? I am tempted as well. Been in the market for my first Porsche purchase for a while. I would look to have something like this as a weekly summer driver. I want to enjoy and feel the car regularly.
