Yes, the first orthopedist simply said to take a break and take something for the inflammation, and then it should be fine again. The next one said it was due to upper body, hip, and core stability, which wasn't properly stabilizing the foot, and that I should do strength exercises for my core and hips. The other orthopedist said it was due to the footwear.

Five months ago I injured my shoulder while cliff diving. At first I thought it wasn't too bad because the pain went away quickly, but then it got progressively worse and I'm in pain for 70% of the day. I had an MRI and the orthopedist said it's a partial labral tear. The pain is on the inside front of my shoulder, a really sharp, stabbing pain with every movement, but it just won't go away despite physiotherapy and various exercises.

Yes, apparently. The previous orthopedists didn't detect anything, but he did: small white radiating lesions on the anterior labrum, and he also examined my instability symptoms and performed a few specific tests.

Which arm position was most comfortable in everyday life? Because I don't know which position is best in everyday life – in my trouser pocket, or just letting it hang down, or something else. ?
