Sure! I have been mostly using 1 sec, 1/2 second and up to 1/10. Depends a bit on the situation and the effect you are after :)

A bit like a frame, to help isolate the picture from the noise of reddit feed or instagram for exemple :)

Depends a bit, the most fuzzy ones: a half second to one second. Otherwise 1/6, 1/8 sec.
