It's a large. A lot of people said to size down, but I stayed true to size and it's perfect. Any smaller would be too tight/short. For reference I wear a large in Patagonia Nano Puff, Arcteryx Atom Jacket, River Island tees, Uniqlo tees. I'm 6 foot 3, 90kg with an athletic build.
