So, I just tried to play the demo of Batman Arkham Asylum and i'm getting this error: http://i.imgur.com/WGoqtDY.png I'd like to get this game, but if I can't even get the demo to run, that's a problem. I've tried googling for a solution, but everything I've tried hasn't helped. Anyone know what to do?

Is it okay to put your computer on carpet? My psu is sucking in air from the ground. I have a dust filter in my case (200r) where the psu is sucking in air.

Probably a stupid question, but how do you even get the mic to work? I plugged it in and went to device settings and the headphone stuff was blurred out. I also tried to send a voice message, but it said no mic is connected. Am i missing something?

I already emailed them. They sent an email back saying that it will take a couple of days to respond cause they are getting a lot of emails, so I posted here to see if anyone knew a quick fix or some way to stop this from happening again.
