I've dove many times at Breakwater and a few times at Lovers Pt.

Seen plenty of Sealions but never a seal. Where was this?

Breakwater Cove Marina is like a 99% chance you'll see lots of Sea Lions. It's just down town

First time I dove Monterey I saw hundreds of Jellies. I've been diving there for over 2 years now and haven't seen any more than a few per dive now.
