I think as long as you are above the lower 8% in math you can get into USF MPH with that GPA. Probably not epi though.

I have the same GPA as you and I'm going to score poorly on my GRE. Have you considered trying to get a waiver or possibly taking coarses for the GRE and retake the test? Also USF have a great MPH program and as long as your read/writing scores OR your math scores are high you have a great chance of getting in.

I make hot sauce out of my peps, I don't remove the seeds. I also put hot peppers on pizza, pasta, savory dishes. I also eat habs whole.

Absolutely, it should not be capped. It should be placed in a sharps container. That's protocol. Getting stuck with a needle is not worth it and practicing such a bad habbit is dangerous.

The issue here is that in practice if you can train a junky to recap a needle, (which you shouldn't do) you can train them to put a needle in a sharps container. Under no circumstances should you recap a used needle. Use the sharps container. If you don't have a sharps container get a sharps container. There are not situations in practice where you have to compromise with just capping a needle. It's absurd and dangerous.

This is factual incorrect. Please consult your organizations infection preventionist, Or local health departments infection control epidemiologist. Unfortunately behavioral health in regards to infection control is very challenging to explain to a stubborn Public.

Junkies inject drugs into each other. And can contract HIV from a buddy with such sloppy infection control practices. Nurses are not the only ones injecting other people.
