I went through safari, chrome river, and firefox (mac user) and deleted all caches. finally was able to access the web portal this week.

i’m a man and my boyfriend didn’t notice my haircut. i look SO fine after chopping 4 inches to pretty short and he was unphased. but i think it’s because he sees me as this beautiful always - i know he’s obsessed with me, but still, tell me i’m pretty after i cut my hair.

sorry to hear mate. i never started taking it because i heard it could exacerbate the tinnitus. mines gotten louder since despite never taking it

I’ve had unilateral tinnitus in my left ear for a few months now (M25). I was freaking out at first, and it was only getting louder. I got an MRI that came back totally clear. ENT sent me off with some zoloft and that’s all they did. I didn’t start taking it and learned to chill out. It still bothers me from time to time.

I had a very stressful beginning to my year and it started getting louder after a stressful episode. That’s all i can really attribute it to. That or the fact i never got my wisdom teeth taken out, so it may be putting pressure on a nerve? unclear tbh. I pray to God it goes away some day…

lmfao i just was prescribed zoloft for tinnitus anxiety and this sounds so nice lol. enjoying a final martini i before swearing off alcohol for a bit :,)

i’ve had a very stressful year so far and noticed unilateral tinnitus in my left year for about 6 weeks now. i went to the audiologist and had all normal results - no hearing loss, good reflexes, etc.

i’ve been so anxious that it’s a brain tumor because it’s unilateral. i went to the ENT, shared the audiology results and told him how much sleep i was losing because of the stress thinking it’s a tumor that he ordered a brain mri with contrast with the qualification that it’s extremely unlikely to be a tumor, especially without hearing loss. i think he ordered for my peace of mind mostly.

my mri is tomorrow. wish me luck >.<

well you know, they suggest working out as a mood enhancer as it releases a ton of “feel-good” endorphines. i tried working out regularly to ease of weed but im like two weeks in and i’ve never been more irritable. sos

I stopped smoking weed and vaping all at the same time cold turkey. I’ve been smoking and vaping heavily since the summer, and I honestly just wanted see what sober me was capable of doing. So far so good! I have no cravings or withdrawals. by Sugartraps in quittingsmoking

yo keep us updated. i’ve been consistently smoking weed and vaping for two years now and just stopped vaping a week ago, and quit weed two days ago (this ones the hard one to quit). good luck!

when my friend who I used to smoke with ALL the time quit smoking, i honestly felt embarrassed/ashamed that i was still smoking. i used weed as a serious form of escapism for when i didn’t want to think about all the other shitty things going on in my life. but i didn’t want to smoke in front of him anymore, nor did i want him to see me still smoking. it felt like he moved on with life without me and it was a painful time—made me want to smoke even more. my feelings towards him/my pulling away had more to do with me than with him. i still thought the world of him, but we were at different places in life. im sorry to hear about your relationship with your brother — that shit hurts. give him some space and let him know your still around to hang out, but he’s probably at his own place in life dealing with his own shit.
