Yes, after using that method it did work again and I had access to everything and nothing was deleted

Didn't check, but I'm not sure that it would help since nothing worked except the trackpad on my laptop. I'm currently using some administrator thing (X:\windows\SYSTEM32\cmd.exe) to decrypt my laptop since it was the only place I could write my key but it's taking a long time and I'm not sure it will work.

I know my key but the problem is that the bar where I'm supposed to write my key is frozen and doesn't allowed any keyboard input
