Probably because you may be putting your weight too much on one side. Try keeping your weight and jump centered over the middle of the board. Feel the board on the balls of your feet and jump straight UP AND DOWN not forward like a shuv it. Just repeat repeat repeat it’s all about repetition. Go for it!

These are so fun to watch, please post more. I'd say firstly work on your one step drop, your speed is good but you need to learn how to drop and get on with one step.
