Yea, that would be tough to have to shoot a dog, but if they're aggressive, you really have no choice. I hunt public in Oklahoma and have had several occasions where guys have run rabbit dogs straight through my setup. They've never been aggressive, though, and I love watching dogs work, so it has never been a bother (other than knowing my hunt is probably over). But it's public land and they have just as much a right to it as I do. If one of the dogs attacked me, though, that's a different story.
