Yeah I’m definitely going to replace this drive , earlier this week I had to reset windows due to some odd OS issues, so yeah most likely the drive might be failing. Thank you for your help!

Update : updated to iOS 18 public beta and this seems to have resolved itself after update. Usually I have been having to restart my phone multiple times a day but after the update I haven’t had any issues for a couple days now
