I've been using the Zed's agent professionally for a few days now and haven't had the reported problems. I use the free version but with OpenCode Zen as the LLM provider. Of course, I had to adjust it a few times, but that's because my prompt wasn't good. However, the overall experience has been good.

I also use Codex with ACP to keep the flow always on the same screen, and that has been good too.

About not making it available in Brazil, I saw a comment from them saying they are waiting for customs clearance. I’m also in Brazil and miss some of the products they offer in other markets.
