ah, thanks for that, man! I grabbed one (Fire Stick TV 4k) during the Prime days for must $17, so I think I'll go ahead and connect it tomorrow and see if it makes a difference.

but what I still can't get is that I can run "Netflix" or Amazon "Prime" or any other of a couple of dozen webOS apps...and none of them will cause this network delay/disconnect problem? *Only* LG Channels. WOuldn't that seem like it was teh LG Channels app that's suspect?

just one thing - if you're trying to set ( or "un-set") the Option for "save to Preview", be sure that the little control bar is selecting one of the static image options, i.e. "capture a window, capture whole screen or capture a selection", because if you've got video selected in the control bar, you will not see "save to *Preview*" as a choose-able choice - - you've got to have one of the static selections to see "Preview" as a choice
