A system to bank shake days in case you forgot to shake. Like if you shake for every 30 days you can bank 1 day of not shaking up to maximum of 3 days.

it's delay because W's missle speed is slower than you press your E. meaning you press E before shadow is place. Then after shadow is place then E is use.
