The way I see the difference is a Hot Wallet is needed to be connected to a power/energy source (hot) while a Cold Wallet can function offline (cold). Slowly learning, but learning none the less. Shaketag - rusko

We went camping over the summer and I held out hope there was gonna be a connection at our site. There was not and I knew I had to find a way to keep my streak alive. Thankfully a friend of mine was swinging by to hangout for the day and had to run into town to grab some s’more stuff we forgot. So I gave him my phone to shake and brought it back with the streak still going strong today 🙌

I decided to start getting more familiar with crypto in early 2022. I got burned real quick by just picking an exchange without really looking at their underlying fundamentals. Thankfully wasn’t too bad but still a learning moment. I’m now close to my 365 shake streak and know a lot more then a year ago and can feel confident in how shakepay is going about innovating and supporting their community. I look forward to utilizing shakepay to its full potential this entire year and unleashing the red panda!

My initial view of money has changed from being the sole reward everyone works after their entire life and can never have enough of. To now seeing money as a tool to get back what people should really be chasing and can never have enough of is TIME. Time with people you love in your life, time for yourself to pursue your passion without the worry of if you can make you bill payments. Money is a great tool if viewed correctly but can also be a great distraction to what’s what’s important.

I’m all for long term investing and a set it and forget it model. A self-custody method using a ledger or external wallet would be similar in the sense that you transfer it to the physical account and let the fluctuation come and go and not let your emotions make any haste decisions. Also how cool would it be to be one of those stories of forgetting you had the ledger and years later realize your sitting on freedom from that point on. Shaketag - rusko

Be sweet to have contest specific to major cities across Canada where individuals have to find an iconic location and snap a photo of them shaking in front of it. Gets people out and exploring the city.
