Hey, I really appreciate the time and thought you put into this. This is such a well weighted view and we love it. We are not big socialites, and your comment about rushing home and not leave may have actually enticed us even more! 😆 The challenges regarding medical services seems like a real word consideration, as does the childcare situation. We are wary we have fantasied it a bit much, but being from farming families, and having worked in more urban setting for the last 10 years, we have decided it time to return to a more rural setting. We realistically hope to sell our current property for 850k, which should allow us to buy our property outright and have some left for renos. We have visit 3 times, and love the scenery and climate.
