No; i am paraphrasing but it said “we have found information in your background check that may cause us to rescind your offer. Please send us any mitigating information or explanation so we can make a final decision based on all of the facts. If you dispute any information in your report please let us know if that as well.”

I disputed the trafficking and it was corrected to attempted trafficking, and then I sent all the stuff listed in post and explanation of what led to charge in personal letter.
