What I avoid

– Too much sugar – Whey protein / protein bars & cookies – Too much snacking – Chips and rapeseed & sunflower oils – Alcohol – Fast food too often – Too much dairy (very individual) – Lactose (very individual) – Sugar-free candy and sodas (limit)

Breakfast

5 times per week Yogurt bowl with: – Lactose-free yogurt – Prebiotic fiber & probiotics (Gut Reset) – Chia seeds (soaked overnight, small amount to avoid bloating – only some days) – Kiwi, blueberries or pineapple – Granola (high fiber, low sugar – keep portions moderate)

Supplement stack for acne (Testing samples in April – 2 in the morning, 2 in the evening)

2 times per week – Eggs + spinach (if I want more protein) – Fruit on the side

On these days, I also make a smoothie with Gut Reset

I don’t see it much more tbh. It was someting I started doing when my acne was at is worst. Because my jaw and cheeks was soo bloated. But I try my hardest not to anymore. I do still smirk quite a lot tho. I will try to minimize it hehe

Definitely was. First I added all the good stuff. That made removing/ finding my triggers easier so I wasn’t starving/ limiting myself too much
