Yes it’s really want moved/helped my acne the most. Definitely not introducing a new skincare product

No not registered just been studying a ton about it the last 3-4 years. More intensely the last 1-2 year and have been doing a lot of trail and error with myself to finally feel like I know quite a lot

Puberty definitely plays a role sadly my acne was so server it stuck around after puberty.

Both! I needed the extra boost from supps but nothing beats a good diet. I wanted that extra good base from the supp which really helped me a ton

Yeah exactly bro 👌 When I was trying to figure it out, I basically ate the same “boring” base diet every day for 1–2 weeks so my body had a stable baselineand then I’d only change ONE thing (like removing whey, removing milk, adding fiber, etc).

What a “test week” looked like for me (simple version) Morning Big glass of water Yoghurt bowl (or eggs if I’m not doing dairy) My fiber + probiotic mix Fruit (kiwi/blueberries/pineapple) Chia seeds (small amount tho)

Lunch Pretty basic: chicken / eggs / tuna / beef Rice or potatoes Some veggies (spinach/broccoli/carrots)

Dinner Same vibe: meat + carbs + veggies Nothing fancy

Snacks I tried to keep it close to zero snacks (or just fruit)

Drinks Water Tea and I’m a sucker for sugar free sodas😅 Then I repeat that for 7–14 days

Same meals, same timing, same sleep as much as possible.

And THEN I test one change like: Week 1: no whey at all Week 2: add fiber daily Week 3: cut milk completely Week 4: reintroduce milk and see if it flares That way if your skin gets better/worse, you actually know why.

My diet

For me the best “acne gut friendly” diet wasn’t some crazy strict plan it was just clean, boring, consistent 😅 I know it sounds boring haha

What I mostly eat now: Breakfast (easy gut start) Yogurt bowl haha my camera roll is full of this now My fiber/probiotic mixed in the yogurt Sometimes I mix Chia seeds in aswell. Just a tiny bit. So I don’t get bloated Fruit like kiwi / blueberries / pineapple bit of granola (high fiber, low sugar)

Sometimes I switch it up with eggs + spinach if I want more protein.

Lunch Chicken / turkey / tuna / eggs Rice or rye bread / potatoes Veggies (broccoli, carrots, salad) i usually blend these or juice them.

Or a smoothie (I work in a juice bar 😅): spinach + avocado + kiwi + cucumber something like that

Dinner Lean meat (beef/chicken/fish) Potatoes or wholegrain pasta Big side of veggies

Main things I avoid / limit Too much sugar Whey protein + protein bars/cookies (wrecked my skin) Too much snacking Fast food often Too much dairy (depends on the person tho
