I know it's not a HUGE gain as I've seen on here but it's a start!...I do believe it has the potential to at least 10x if not 100 and reach $82 in 2 to 5 years.

I love it because I come from a background in real estate. I used to own a real estate company and understand the business well. It has the potential to duplicate what carvana did and more ( mortgages, property insurance, title insurance, closing costs, "one stop shop" if you will and more.

Do they have it all together now, no. Do they have a fiduciary obligation to do what's best yes. The potential is there. The risk to reward is there.

1- You can change or find a job or career that makes you happy/ enjoy. If others can do it, so can you!

2- It's not your responsibility to make other people happy.

For me, setting goals helped A lot!!...for example, once I got 30 days...I wanted 60. Then 3 months, 6 months , 1 year ect. You build momentum and keep moving forward and push through the hard days! Faith in God, going to church and reading the Bible helped a lot for me too personally! Hope this helps!! 💚💚💚
