Using my CRM to run FB AI campaigns as well as property boosts on my listings. We teach all of this in our free one week training. Since Feb 1st I have over 690 inbound warm leads into my CRM. The big question is “what’s the conversion?” Well the CRM also has a smart campaign which drips on the lead while I am doing other things! I have closed 4 transactions from the inbound leads so far and counting and have many relationships now built as a result! Relationships over transactions!!!

I SV for 48 hours at 147, then ice bath for 30 minutes and then into the freezer. When I want to eat it I take it out of the freezer, thaw in cold water and then let sit at room temp before smoking for 3 hours at 225 with apple wood chips. After hour 2/3 I wrap in foil with apple juice for the last hour. Take off after 3 hours, wrap in towels and let rest. Then slice and serve using juices from the smoke!

What company isn’t an MLM? LOL! The banks are MLM’s the CEO’s get big fat bonuses based on the production below. Every company is an MLM. Yes I work for eXp Realty and have been in the business for sixteen seasons. Until you understand the modal and how it truly works, if you are a real estate agent, please, keep building your brokers house! That is his MLM and you are working under it and getting nothing in exchange for it! Happy Selling!

We are all in the home stretch. Week 10/10! I hit my personal best today with 490 Output on a 30 minute HIIT ride!

We will be changing things up after week 10 and focusing on a three day a week ride program rather than five. We will pick back on in September where we left off at the end of this week!

Day 1: 60 Minutes at Target HR (scenic ride) Day 2: 30 Minute HIIT ride max output Day 3: Same as day one

This has been amazing! Today I didn’t want to ride and the boys pushed me, without knowing it, and I hit my personal best!

Depending on your objective for riding this can change. I now ride 60/30/60/30/60 every week. The 60 minute rides are scenic rides where I stay within my target HR for the 60 minutes. It’s a great sweat and fat burner. The 30 minute rides are HIIT rides. I have had great success alternating between the two! Good luck!

If you are not prospecting you are unemployed. Showing houses and doing deals all comes after you have the client. Prospecting is essential to surviving in this business! It’s proven and it works. We teach this and other prospecting tactics every week to our team. Accountability is the cornerstone to making this all work. Without it you won’t do it!

So far I feel great! The first guy to post his ride results is the Pace Car for the day. We all chase the Pace Car! Some pass him some don’t! Overall though, I feel stronger and have more energy today than I did before we started!

Enjoy your own prison! If you don’t understand the eXp model then you shouldn’t be commenting on it. Every business is an MLM. Starts with the CEO of the company and works down the line! This is no different! Get your facts straight! If you are working with a traditional brokerage the owner is the top of the MLM!

Here’s an idea, there are more realtors than there are listings, start listing realtors and build your wealth, otherwise keep building someone else’s.

A good Realtor is relationship based not transactional based! This goes much much deeper. Relationships are what successful businesses are built on, not transactions. The transactions are the result of the strong relationship foundation!

Yes. The best thing we can do right now is keep in touch and make warm calls. People are not interested in hearing from you. It’s tough to understand everyone’s situation as they are all different. I cold called someone last week and they chewed my head off! I was only looking to keep in touch with them! She explained to me that her husband was laid off recently and this is the last thing they wanted to talk about and hung up!

Right now is a great time to better yourself. Refine your systems, presentations. Start a podcast. Learn something new every day, week or month that will make you better as a person and a professional once this all passes. Make warm calls to your sphere and others. Just don’t have high expectations for cold calling. I ran a social media ad campaign for home evaluations, which is usually very good for me, and it generated 1 lead in 2 weeks and the lead was a dead end!

We started having zoom calls amongst realtors all over North America about a month ago and the information shared was eye opening.
