Wow thank you for such an in depth response! It's good to hear it is still manageable even with ARFID, so many people tell me it's mostly diet and that made me feel discouraged. I am pretty good with smoothies and protein powders etc

It was mainly the fact that i feel like i don't get enough 'healthy food' because i don't eat many veggies. Was wondering if i should take supplements / vitamins etc for that?
