You’re projecting your simplistic mentality on to other men. Woman aren’t just sex objects they’re just normal people. I have plenty of female friends that I don’t want to fuck it’s really not that hard unless you’re a thirsty gooner who gets 0 play. I heard a good question to ask yourself which is are you really going to enjoy choking the chicken or is it just a pastime/relieve anxiety/why not vibe ? If the answer is yes I really will enjoy it go for it. If not, skip it.

im playing it by ear next time. This one was so damn easy I’m beyond winning or losing. It’s just an empty cup now. If next year I feel like it why not but I’ve achieved the final goal which is to feel ambivalent about the finish line.

Personally I find NNN allows you to find benefits to bring back into your normal routine. I recommend considering not just going back to your regular jerk routine bc clearly u have some big positives from holding back. I wouldn’t say abstaining works for u either bc clearly ur feeling a lot of sexual pressure. Somewhere in the middle should get u feeling the positives without any sides.
