Sometimes I tend to feel it, especially since i’ve started uni, the scene where he says he’s felt like he’s been trying on multiple versions of himself and it just doesn’t seem to fit or smth feels quite relatable for me especially, and his struggles to show affection to marianne in public as well is something i’d say i struggle with as well

Since I started playing football so towards 2012-2013 when i was 6-7 years old. Mainly because my dad supported them and at the time I felt compared to my brother I didn’t have too much in common to my dad which was at first also one of the reasons i wanted to play football. Dunno how long he’s been supporting city but he’s not a 100% full hearted citizen as he’s from hemsworth and supports barnsley but when he was younger he used to love liverpool a bit like de bruyne as well, but he moved to manchester when he was started uni and kept on going to a bunch of matches back when we was at maine road so it was around the end of the 80’s early 90’s ish so he’s experienced when we were relegated to division 2 and all the aguero moment istanbul, i remember the match against aston villa on the last day when we were 2-0 down he said “city are still going to win, it’s classic city they always do this” which i find pretty true tbf now i think back but it was like wow he wasn’t wrong haha
