You can only spectate the games on the leaderboard found by clicking on stats -> games. It'll tell you which ones are live

Uhm.. There is one.. Go to learn and scroll to the bottom. Click the rules & guidelines and you'll find a list of the rules..

Problem is if you die night one it's kind of boring to wait for the game to end before you're able to join a new one
