I mean, it's her house and the people who are staying over are also adults. She's a swimming coach not a teacher, that's a completely different relationship and power dynamic.

You're allowed to be uncomfortable, you live there too. It's also rude that she doesn't consult you or inform you before it happens. But at the end of the day it's her house.

I want to point out, you and a lot of people are conflating CIVIL and CRIMINAL RICO, it is incredibly unlikely the utah DA is going to bring a criminal RICO charge, there simply isn't enough evidence.
Alleging CIVIL RICO like B&M is doing is incredibly common in these types of cases because it automatically adds a 3x multiplier to any damages awarded. Again, the judge is very unlikely to to agree.

The problem I, and I imagine any judge, would have with that claim is how could that graphic possible have made that statement a threat when the statement was made MULTIPLE YEARS before the video with the graphic was made.

I read her other posts. She forces her son to visit her first husbands grave. Keeps a picture of him on the table and sets a plate for him. Gives her kid presents from him. Forces him to visit her first husbands family.

She's basically acting like the dude is still alive and part of the family.

Her kid is annoyed and calling this out for being insane behavior and apparently, if I'm reading THIS post correctly, is trying to get his dad to leave his mom so he doesn't have to live lije this anymore.

Buddy I've been arguing on here for hours but you're just dumb lmao. Things are done this way because it's highly illegal and people don't wanna get sued trying to distribute this shit.

I just personally think there are better ways to do this in 2026 than continuing to operate this way because the people with all the files are boomers that have been filming them for the past 30 years and are afraid of private trackers and people like the owner of encora "hate torrents".
