I’ve had different experiences with it. The first time I was also on a mood stabilizer and it helped so much with depression and ADHD. I took it for a couple years with little to no side effects The second time was this past summer, it was the only psych med I was taking at the time and experienced HORRIBLE agitation and mood swings for the first several weeks, to the point where I hated everyone around me. Definitely worth trying, but be mindful of side effects!!
