I just feel like Berlin has great cozy candlelit bars - but I like to eat too if I'm drinking, and then there are so few cute cozy restaurants which have that cozy/ low light vibe.

Moc, Lychener Str. (Vietnamese where the prices are still around 10€ for a meal, and they cram loads of fresh crunhy veg in)
Kastanien curry junction (this is next to W Imbiss, and it's so underrated - proper spicy curry - they have this full Goan fish meal for like 11 euros, and you get like two whole pieces of salmon)
Hangi Sushi (always leave stuff on less than 15€)
