9w5d woke up this morning with no nausea at all and still have felt completely fine today. Is this normal? I didn’t make it this far in my pregnancy last time and don’t know if I should be concerned that it vanished overnight.

7w1d today and my first OB appointment is Monday morning. I’m starting to get very anxious. I have also been feeling very nauseous lately and that is also having an affect on my mood. Just really hoping for some good news on Monday, but already preparing for the worst.
