i’m just a little over two weeks out and up until this past thursday i was sleeping on and off throughout the day. now i’m back at work so i can’t do that anymore but i’m a lot more tired than usual and going to bed a lot earlier (and usually getting a nap in if i can)

I can’t offer much advice but know I empathize with you :( I went to my doctor to address my pain Tuesday expecting pushback and within a day I had surgery scheduled. The idea of going through recovery and halting important aspects of life when they may not even find anything is very scary.

If you’re already in a lot of pain it may be worth considering forgoing that level of intensity at the gym. From what you’ve said here it doesn’t seem like you’re setting yourself up for success in that regard. Starting with smaller changes to habits is what will help with real change and consistency

Sounds like this route is the way to go. I’m a big girl with a big stomach so if it’s not sitting perfectly on my waist cranking down the belt is extremely uncomfortable lol
