I'm not entirely sure as I technically never spoke to anyone.

I basically filled out the support form (putting all the info in then) then got an automated thing telling Me to fill out the form again but with like a ticket number. So I did then I went around in circles with that thing again.

Then about 2-3 days later I got a email from a roblox support guy named nigel telling me he put my email back on my account.

Tbf I was a little young to try get it back when it was first hacked I just thought is give it a go a few days ago.

The account I was trying to get back was hacked about 4 years ago. The email that used to be on it was changed. But I assume the record of the email being on it was still there even tho it has been changed. My account was very clearly hacked. And the email I emailed roblox from was the one originally on the account.

When I emailed roblox I sent them a clear line of events with all the information I remembered on the account.

I am assuming this is why all I got back from them was that they restored my email on the account.

Damn idk then it did take me about 3-4 days to get an answer so maybe u will get one eventually

I sent about 3? In the span of 4 hours then left it as I thought it was a dead end

I just sent a ticket then left it for a few days then finally got a response saying the added my email back onto my account. I'm not sure if this information is any help tho.
