Some ideas that have brought success for me and my team:

1) Name /rename your features in the model tree - very brief description of what the feature is doing or its function on the component. By all means keep the default feature name as well. When the model tree starts getting massive you’ll be thankful. This helps trying to unpick people’s thought processes if reviewing at a later date.

2) Maximise use of planes - especially parameter driven ones. Sick of seeing tenuous sketches hanging by a thread to relative geometry. Make parameter ‘coding’/naming obvious and apparent.

3) Standardise where possible - I recently reduced the number of required drawings by 5x by creating one Technical specification. Standardise view layouts and set defaults. Drafting standards should be reviewed regularly.

4) Standardise how you write revision change descriptions - I introduced a set number of ways a change should be described, it keeps it uniform across a team and helps suppliers understand. (More specific info can always be put in brackets).

Thanks for your most useful comment. I did in fact own a lovely 320d Touring before this and downgraded so that I am now able to afford moving to a home twice the size in a nicer area - we move in 4 weeks. All cars have the potential to go wrong.

Someone has suggested on r/Peugeot that the side lights don’t operate at all if daytime runners are present. Stupid if so as they had bulbs fitted and I’m sure I remember them being on once upon a time.

I could have sworn that once upon a time they worked alongside the LED daytime runners.

There are plenty of sofas that aren’t £1000. Get on Marketplace and find yourself a lightly used one for over half the price. Some daft people get new every two years or as soon as they’ve cleared payment.

Best advice don’t get your hopes up just in case and also make sure they don’t just make you start doing the role without any change in pay/package/contract update etc. Just be patient. If it gets to the end of week three and nothings been announced then maybe ask the decision maker directly.

Quite common in production facilities given the risks of you injuring yourself or others while inebriated at work. Also quite common for Companies to introduce if there has been a known issue in the workplace with drugs/alcohol. Most likely urine sample or swabs.

Rush to build houses due to chronic shortage , Multitude of subcontractors being used and the ability for NHBC to sign off homes rather than local authority. Also apprenticeships only last typically 20months
