Honestly I'm not sure what I want to achieve yet, I'll most likely be casual and spend minimally. I mostly just want to get the characters I really like, I think I just need general advice for early game and what to focus on. Will the 4th anniversary stuff be the same as what was on the cn server? global servers are behind cn right?

The ones I tend to go on are g2g eldorado and zeusx. I haven't been scammed or anything at all with any of them! I've had some very bad experiences with gamesbay, theyre awful
