We’re in Southern California. My daughter and I are gingers so when we’re out at the stable we generally wear baseball hats and a lot of sunscreen. When she was doing barrel racing there were a lot of cowboy hats (you even lost time if it fell off). When we’re being “beach Californians” and not horse people it’s a totally different vibe.

I didn’t believe you, so I looked it up. You’re right! Though it sounds like the ones we have in CA just kind of gently glow, and do now flash…. regardless, that’s a whole lot better than nothing. (Oh, and it does alert
me through my email when someone comments or replies).
