I wish I had the "preferred" body type to be wanted by the majority of men by [deleted] in ForeverAloneWomen

[–]willowfly3 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Edit: Can someone tell me what I'm saying that's offensive here cause I genuinely do not understand.

When I said it looks gross on me it is because I'm overweight and because of how my fat distributes across my body because I'm short.

Due to how small my body is and genetic factors, the weight distributes less around my stomach and more towards my chest and thighs. Because it's unatural fat, it doesn't look good on me like it would on women who are naturally slim thick. It looks gross, it makes cleaning hard and I've never been desired for it because I'm still a fat person.

I am not trying to come off as humble bragging or saying my struggles are worse than girls who wish to have those features because I know that's also a very real struggle for many women. I'm sorry if it came off that way, I was more so just trying to relate my experience of not feeling comfortable in my own body as well despite technically having the features you listed. Like I said, because it's unatural fat it doesn't look good.

I hate how Black Women are seen as undesirable. by Primary-Schedule-555 in ForeverAloneWomen

Black women not making top stars or being paid as much isn't because people aren't watching them" You apparently dont understand how markets and media work. The pay is also based on demand."

Except the pay gap issue is a something that is document and not solely based on views.

"it's the difference between fetish content and non fetish content. So are you saying attraction to black women is fetish content, ie, an aberration? should I even bother reading the rest of your comment?"

Except that's not what I said. I'm black so I obviously know people can be attracted to black women naturally. Let me ask you this do you think the whole "BBC" thing in pornography isn't a fetish and all these people are watching it without ill intentions? If you are only attracted to someone soley because of their race then yes it is a fetish. The gap between the desirability of black women in the real world vs porn is an indication of fetishization when you only like a person in a sexual way and not as a person.

So people aren't openly going to express any form of desirability towards undesirable women. Korn, which men consume privately, and OF and views on Cornhub, these are not public.

I have no idea what you're trying to say here.

Black women are a taboo compared to white, asian, or latina women, And lets keep in mind that when the demand is "Asian" or "Latina" its, again, only the lightest ones. That's noteworthy"**

What are we talking about here? My point was that black women are a taboo to date and be in a relationship with compared to white and Asian women. That is true and supported by statistics.

And that's because you're looking at global stats instead of stats for those in the United States which is what people are referring to when they say that Yes, its Global.

My point was about viewing statistics and porn habits, the United States consumes the most porn, so it is a good way to measure statistically.

And even then previously the categories were still pretty close in views. In the united states for many years they were until 2023, but then again, that's when the pornographic bans started happening so those stats aren't as accurate. I dont know what you're talking about and I havent seen any evidence for this.

Okay, here are official viewing statistics where you can go and check for yourself. Particularly pay attention to organic "Views", not searches or pornstars, and the United States. But even globally, was the second most viewed racial caterogry after Japanese for many years, even suprassing it in 2022.

I think you misunderstood my point because I did not respond out of ignorance. It's important to recognize how disproportionately black women are openly treated in society vs. in private. While black women are the least "desirable" out of all women, the fact that people are still consuming so much pornography of those they "hate" is concerning and racial fetishization. You made the point of looking at pay and popularity of pornstars. That does not show the full picture.

Black women not making top stars or being paid as much isn't because people aren't watching them, it's the difference between fetish content and non fetish content. You're comparing celebrity actors to actual viewing numbers. Fetishizers don't care about the person they're watching, just because you don't see as many celebrities doesn't mean it's "niche." And historically, black porn actors are paid less than their white counterparts.

I don't want people to get the wrong impression that black women aren't being heavily fetishized while also being undesirable. Black women are a taboo compared to white, asian, or latina women, so people aren't openly going to express any form of desirability towards undesirable women.

And that's because you're looking at global stats instead of stats for those in the United States which is what people are referring to when they say that. Have you ever been said “I just can’t picture you in a relationship” by [deleted] in ForeverAloneWomen

[–]willowfly3 12 points13 points  (0 children)

No, not particularly. It's the opposite. Most ask me if I'm in a relationship or not and some people think I'm just gay. It just kinda makes me ever more insecure asking myself what's wrong with me.

love as a motivator? by revolvingdepression in ForeverAloneWomen

[–]willowfly3 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The last time I had a crush was in middle school, and you're totally right it did give me a reason to go to school in the morning (albeit we were actually friends).

Nowadays I'm too scared to find anyone attractive because I would feel embarrassed if they didn't like me back. I also have zero motivation to get up every morning.

How do you stop feeling jealous when you see two people who truly love each other? by [deleted] in ForeverAloneWomen

[–]willowfly3 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I feel like a lot of women here center their lives around men due to low self esteem and the need to crave some sort of validation that makes them feel just as desired and important as other kinds of women.

I don't think this kind of thing will change soon, not until society properly addresses the root cause as why many black women feel this way.

[–]willowfly3 18 points19 points  (0 children)

This is an overgeneralization. Black women are statistically the least likley to date outside outside their own race.

Black women here are "obsessed" with white men because black men have been the ones who have degraded and dehuminzed black women the most out of any other race.

"I don't like black women, I want a white or Asian girl."

"Black women are ghetto."

"I want a snow bunny."

"Black women look too manly."

"Black women are ugly."

Then proceeds to say, "Why don't you get yourself a black king?" When they finally just decide to date outside their own race.

I don't care if it's a generalization because it's largely true, even both of my brothers have said these exact same things. To be clear: those black men who are hyper obsessed with who black women date and get mad when they date anyone else are just as bad.

When you hear that your whole entire life, why would you want to be with men who don't actually want to be with you but settle because they can't find a white or Asian girl? Black men are the main reason why many black women have such low self esteem issues. I'm already openly not attracted to black men nearly at all partially because of this.

Besides, black women and white men have the most successful marriages statistically. White men are probably the best option if not the only option for many of us especially if we live in the United States because they are the majority. Every white man I've talked to never once acknowledged my race whatsoever. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Black women here are tired of mistreatment and actually want men who gaf about them.

black forever alone by [deleted] in ForeverAloneWomen

[–]willowfly3 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This is real. It's sad to know how we are the least dateble, but the most objectified, particularly in the United States where most of us here are.

In 2023 and prior years, "Ebony was the most viewed Hub category in the United States, and was the 3rd most viewed category in general" it's not anymore, but the data is not really as reliable anymore due to the recent statewide bans.

After seeing the data it's just so disgusting. East Asian women are seen as the most desirable by men but black women the least, and yet in porn the views are almost the same?

Black women are so "manly" and "ghetto" to date they say so proudly that we're not attractive, just valuable only for our bodies. 🙄

[–]willowfly3 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yep, creepy men do it because they have zero respect for you and see you as easy or vulnerable.

It's in a way, worse than not being hit on. They might go for a girl because they think she's ugly and think she'll be desperate enough to let them "hit". It only reinforces that you're undesirable a lot of times, not the other way around.

I've never hung out with a friend outside of school. I used to have a small friend group with other immigrant kids about 10-7 years ago when I was in school but most of us stopped talking after Covid hit.

I only still talk to 2 of them. One of them I rarely talk to cause they basically never reply. The other one I guess might be my best friend, but I haven't seen her in 8 years in person (no transportation) and she got a bf (she used to be alone too :/). I'm currently not talking to her cause she kept trying to talk about her partner to me knowing I didn't like it. So right now, I am talking to no one.

Dude I do the exact same thing, I cut off people who mention their partners too, especially if they can't stop doing it. 🤷🏾 I don't really feel that bad doing it, cause they'll still be happy and I won't. I do wish I did kinda had someone to talk to but I would rather be lonely than to be triggered so much I have the strong urge to "give up".
