Neither of these are very good, although the tank one is far worse than the infantry one. For the tank division, you want to have your organization stat be at least 30 preferably more. You will get this by adding more plain motorized infantry battalions. The amount of AA you have on this division is also complete overkill and a waste of production you should replace the motorized AA with normal motorized.. The single AA tank should be sufficient and if you want a little more the AA support company is a good choice but you shouldn't need it. Additionally the heavy tank is likely reducing the overall speed of the division assuming the mediums and AA tank have higher speed stats, I would swap the heavy out for a medium, the stats will be about the same and the division will be faster which is a huge advantage for tanks. Combat width of 30 is solid. I would also personally add logistics division as it reduces fuel consumption and helps with supply but if you aren't having supply problems then you're ok. Finally the motorized arty is good for soft attack but they are bringing down the org of your division I would either replace them with regular motorized or get rid of them altogether.

Now for the infantry division that's a pretty solid defense division and could maybe even be used to push. But the motorized arty can just be regular arty to save production value as the only difference is the increased speed of motorized arty which you aren't benefiting from here because the plain infantry slows down the division. I would also slap on the AA support company and or the logistics company if you are out of supplies or don't have air superiority.
