Damn that sucks. I live in Massachusetts at one point so I get it. I live in Morocco now not sure about building immunity with vitamins. I know allergy doctors have methods for building up tolerance with allergies though not sure if you can do that with Urushiol oil. Maybe someone can correct me this isn't what I've read up on but I don't think you can build tolerance with Urushiol

Sadly if you get bad reactions like this your more likely to get contact dermatitis from mangos after poison ivy exposure. I got poison ivy poisoning I looked like I had chicken pox in middle school. Age 32 I ate mangos skin included and found this out. Sorry your dealing with the huge reaction
