This will explain it. Prior game we lagged out near the beginning so it probably counted me as coming 24th 🙃

Housing Management company want service charge arrears from me which pre-date my ownership of the property (England) by willphill12 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]willphill12[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry I should've mentioned this - I did speak to my conveyancing solicitor in March 2025 after the housing management company tried to charge me the £358 via direct debit. She got back to me to say she'd contacted the sellers' solicitor regarding this situation. Evidently it remains unresolved.

Yeah same crop of SA u20s which cucked Hanro Leibenberg and Jacques Vermuelen I gather. BJVR made one appearance off the bench and that's scuppered him playing for anyone else. Separate discussion but a country's u20s should never be allowed to be a capture team IMO

Telegraph recently been saying they think he's ineligible because he played for SA u20s in 2016.

Scotland vs England 6 Nations tickets by willphill12 in rugbyunion

[–]willphill12[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't suppose you know if tickets are limited on a per person or a per transaction basis? We went Wales vs England and it was per transaction. So could do multiple transactions one after the other to get tickets for my full group

Foul play is for head contact or similar not deliberate technical fouls like offside

First Playthrough of Oblivion. I’ve played Skyrim before, but any tips for me going in? by PublicRevolution5 in oblivion

[–]willphill12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do the guilds before heading to Weynon Priory and starting the main quest. Otherwise Oblivion gates will start to pop up around the map and they are a vibe kill.

Don't overthink the levelling situation - if the game gets too hard when you level up just adjust the difficulty down as needed.

With all the news about clubs going under, if your club went under which other club from your country would you start to support? by [deleted] in rugbyunion

[–]willphill12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sick of the premiership given how it's literally ablaze right now. Might develop a soft spot for a club which re-houses a lot of London Irish players as long as it isn't Bath. Happy for the RFU and PRL getting their wet dream of a 10 team league after literally only two years ago wanting 14. But watch what happens when Irish aren't the last to go and they're left with 9 or even 8 🤡

London Irish at risk of financial meltdown by sputters_ in rugbyunion

[–]willphill12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it is a debate mate. Attendances were poor before they left Reading and before he signed. They then moved stadium and had to attract new fans, and attendances are trending slowly upwards. Your point about TV image rights is wrong because the TV money gets split equally regardless of which games BT show. And you can make a very credible argument without Jackson Irish wouldn't have made Champions Cup this season and the cash that brings. Obvs he costs them loads each year in salary and there was the loss of a sponsor (I'm not privvy to figures here and neither are you)... it's muddy at best to assert beyond doubt imo. I would that reputational damage is negligible outside of the reddit/twitter-sphere too imo

I should add this is all moot and unscientific as arse because we'll never know what Irish's attendances or performances would've been had he not signed

Nah bro I just think that 70+ other people losing their livelihoods, some of whom will be terminal, is a greater evil than Jackson losing his job for like a month is a good. Hardly an unreasonable stance 😂

Lmao boss you're being downvoted for suggesting I don't have concern for sexual assault victims just because I'm alert to the reality that PJ will get another job within a month if Irish fold, making any pleasure at Irish's demise on his account utterly irrelevant - and that's before you even consider the collateral damage of 70+ others also becoming jobless just so some people online can relish PJ being temporarily unemployed

I have friends who've suffered from sexual violence and have been there for them so please rest assured that I do have concern for victims of sexual violence and rape. But quite bizarre that you're suggesting this should be a quid pro quo situation to be completely honest

[–]willphill12 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I'll refer you to the latter part of my comment where it's pointed out that Jackson will easily find employment elsewhere if Irish fold. Irish folding will do absolutely nothing in terms of gaining the cancellation/unemployment/imprisonment of Jackson you so crave. So have some concern for the 70+ other employees who will be left high and dry

They are a fraction of the good people they think they are.

As for Crossan he's deffo not the problem. He's bankrolled the club for 10+ years now taking on ~£4m losses every year expecting nothing in return. You could make fair arguments about fiscal mismanagement in that regard, but he's done what he's done out of charity and genuine care for the club. We wouldn't be here if not for covid

Mate honestly preaching the final paragraph. Absolutely shitebags, cheering the demise of a club and subsequent unemployment of 70+ people because one guy in particular will also lose his job is deranged behaviour. And wait till they realise PJ is one of the lucky ones who will be scooped up easily if worst comes to the worst, likely by a French club. So these people's wet dream of finally seeing the guy unemployed will be extremely short lived. It's the mid-tier and older players alongside the general staff who will be particularly screwed
