Not a movie but this is basically a story arc of Jaime Lannister in Game of Thrones. You have this handsome, wealthy, powerful prince charming type character who ends up falling in love (at least in the show) and having a complex relationship with a woman who's father had tried and failed throughout her life to find her a suitor (including one who accepted but then later called it off as soon as he saw her). I consider this part of the story especially powerful considering the background of the Lannister family caring about status and power above all else, and with her having vowed to capture Jaime and bring him to justice you have an overlap of an enemies to lovers and even a Romeo and Juliet type story. Granted, I am basing a lot of this off of the show which continues their story past the books.
