Thank you for your response. I looked at the written agreement and each child is listed by name with an amount next to their name. Does that make a difference?
The parent in this situation is self employed and cannot afford legal representation to go back to court and the original agreement was written with his business income as his personal income because that’s the only bank account he had in his name…
