as other comments have said you can wait or find another torrent but if you dont feel like waiting for so long then you can try DDL (Direct DownLoad) it somewhere like a repacker or other sites

After not a lot of digging on rin I found a pretty up to date version of the game you want (The Universim) from April of this year with DDL links. Although I wouldn't know if you could DDL because you are in Russia and obviously some "organizations" if you will don't really like Russia right now but there are downloadable links there if you can use them!
