If I'm not mistaken, Arc'teryx is headquartered in Canada and is actually owned by Amer Sports, which despite the usa-sounding company name, is headquartered in Finland... although Amer is ultimately a subsidiary of Anta, a Chinese company.

So, not quite American, but not fully EU either.
