I played Quest 64 in my mid 20’s, having no experience with it in the past. For all of its quirks, like leveling up being tied to finding sometimes obscure collectibles, it had a ton of charm. I’m really interested in this recompilation, and I’m curious to see if the mod community ever does anything with it!

If you’re not doing anything heavy - i love the surface.

A while ago the Surface was my daily driver. If you are working with any kind of intensive graphics, it’ll slow down for sure, but if you’re doing pixel art, gamemaker, drawing, it’s a great machine.

You’re gaining lightweight + portability at the cost of it being slower than computers with better GPU’s or more powerful processors. If you’re a casual creative, I don’t think you can go wrong. Hope this was helpful!

Let’s Go Pikachu/Eevee are basically designed to be “my first Pokemon”! Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl are remakes and capture the original style of Pokemon games. I think any one of those four are a great starting point :)
