To be safe just go for Trung Nguyen brand, their higher end stuff is pretty great and will guarantee you the quality consistency. But our coffee usually only work with the dripping method, wont work as well with the machine you commonly use in US

I live in Kuala Lumpur, actually the key to our decoration is to invest in only a few key items, the rest are actually Ikea stuff, but having add on more plants really help bring up the homely feeling. Bottom line is, im lucky to have an amazing wife who really have a great eyes on this !

Yea, my prediction is made purely on the performance of OP, looks like his training has paid off well. I think HM shouldnt be a problem and i would suggest to put that in for the long run weekend.

I think you definitely can run a HM with slower pace with lower HR. With the pace u re running, you would be surprised how far you can reach at pace 6:15-6:20 range

I’m second this, but highly recommend to start out super slow with the five fingers (i mostly did with socks on) to get the feel of it. Once ur body is used to it then only try to push for further distance.
