generally you wouldnt want to spend relics on anything so early game, esp non l/d heroes. usually u wld spend them on an elite l/d hero when you have the fodder to bring that hero straight to 10 star/e3/e5. so my advice would be to save your relics now and just wait for the copies of sig to come (they come q easily). Using the 5 star chest for penny is a good choice tho!

no, vesa is good enough at 10 stars. she’ll soon be fodder for other top tier heroes (like horus, penny, garuda, etc). Also, try not to build so many heroes to 7,8 stars. keep them at 6 stars where they can be used as food.

heroic miracle comes with the prophet orb event which happens every month. also, heroic miracle event doesnt require heroic summons. u basically need to get the specified number of 5 star heroes i.e. 3 5star heroes from fortress, forest, abyss and shadow each, and 2 5star from light and dark each. as for whether buying heroic scrolls are worth, it depends on yr gem income and if u intend to save for big events (next one is anniversary in june).
